1. Overview
Flairword is operated by Kyshe, LLC ("Flairword," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information when you browse cards, create an account, generate original quotes, save designs, or subscribe to Flairword Pro.
Please do not enter highly sensitive personal information into quote-generation prompts. If you use Flairword on behalf of someone else, only provide information you have permission to use.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details, such as your email address and authentication provider.
- Quote-generation inputs, including topics, situations, tone, intensity, and keywords.
- Saved quotes, favorites, generated sets, and design choices associated with your account.
- Messages or privacy requests you send to us.
Information collected through use
- Basic device, browser, network, security, and diagnostic information, including IP address and App Check signals.
- Subscription status, product, billing period, and transaction identifiers. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Flairword.
- First-party product events, such as aggregate quote-download counts and generation usage needed to enforce plan limits.
- Local browser storage for favorites, remix history, sign-in continuity, and your privacy choices.
3. How we use information
- Provide, personalize, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
- Generate and moderate original quotes, render designs, and remember saved content.
- Authenticate users, enforce free and Pro usage limits, process subscriptions, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Measure product performance and improve Flairword when analytics is enabled and permitted by your choice.
- Display and measure advertising when advertising is enabled and permitted by your choice.
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect users and the public.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information only as needed to operate Flairword, complete your requests, protect the service, or comply with law. Current and planned providers include:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, database, storage, security, and infrastructure.
- OpenAI for quote generation and safety moderation. Prompt and response content is sent to the OpenAI API. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless a customer opts in, and that default abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days, subject to legal and safety exceptions. - Stripe for checkout, recurring billing, invoices, and customer billing management.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise through Firebase App Check to detect automated abuse.
- Google Analytics and Google AdSense, if activated, for consented analytics and advertising. Optional Google tags will not be intentionally loaded by Flairword before the required choice.
We may also disclose information in a business transaction, to professional advisers under confidentiality duties, or when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies, similar technology, and your choices
Flairword uses necessary browser storage for sign-in, security, billing continuity, saved preferences, and core features. These technologies cannot be disabled through our preference tool because the requested service may not work without them.
Analytics and advertising are optional categories. Where consent is required, they remain off unless you allow them. You can reopen the preference panel at any time; a new choice replaces your previous choice on that browser.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
6. Retention, security, and international processing
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain your account and saved content, enforce usage limits, meet tax and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and protect Flairword. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or records that must be preserved by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws.
7. Children and policy changes
Flairword is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
